In my 16 plus years in the Direct Sales profession, I was tired of working a business that REQUIRED recruiting a team in order to be successful. Some people have to develop this skill and so they must have other ways of making money to keep them in the program. I have run into many people who - Want a business, but can't afford the monthly auto-ship of many companies. Want a business, but don't want to have to recruit others in the beginning, to earn a paycheck. As I mentioned, some people are hesitant to recruit so why require it? Give them other options.
